Naturally, most other welding processes in equipment sheet metal fabrication plants create weak spots in the geography of the heated workpiece. They are called heat-affected zones and are generally more sensitive and brittle than other areas of the workpiece. However, EMP welding does not tend to cause heat generation, so the workpiece remains heat affected zone free. EMP welding is a corrosion resistant welding process. Other types of welding processes leave a residue, including water, which can cause leaching. It may not occur immediately, but parts connected to other welding processes are generally subject to leaching. Fortunately, EMP welding is not susceptible to this condition.
It is a corrosion-resistant welding process that maintains the joined aluminum sheet metal fabrication workpiece. No need to apply filler material for EMP welding. Generally, the filler material is applied to weld the workpiece. Along with the heating of the workpiece, they are combined with the filler material. However, EMP welding does not use either speakers or filler materials. On the contrary, it connects the workpieces fully by means of electromagnetic induction.
